为了查明香港巨牡蛎(Crassostreahong kongensis)的摄食和代谢与个体规格的关系,本研究在实验室条件下采用流水系统研究了不同规格香港巨牡蛎的滤水率(FR)、摄食率(IR)、吸收率(AE)、耗氧率(OR)和排氨率(NR)的变化规律。结果显示:1)个体规格对香港巨牡蛎的滤水率、摄食率的影响都极显著(P<0.01)。滤水率和摄食率与干组织质量之间的关系方程分别为:FR=3.5685W-0.5901,(R2=0.9564);IR=20.396W-0.5392,(R2=0.9679)。个体规格对吸收率的影响不显著(P>0.05)。2)个体规格对香港巨牡蛎的耗氧率和排氨率的影响极显著(P<0.01),耗氧率和排氨率与干组织质量之间的关系方程分别为:OR=1.2208W-0.4448,(R2=0.9481);NR=0.0743W-0.4691,(R2=0.9224)。个体规格对O∶N的影响不显著(P>0.05),不同个体规格下O∶N平均值为18.09,表明在本实验条件下香港巨牡蛎代谢所需要的能量主要由脂肪和碳水化合物提供。
In order to find out the relationship between feeding and metabolism of Crassostreahong kongensis in Hong Kong and individual specifications, this study studied the water filtration rate (FR), feeding rate (IR) , Absorption rate (AE), oxygen consumption rate (OR) and ammonia excretion rate (NR). The results showed that: 1) The individual specifications had significant effects on the filtration rate and feeding rate of giant oyster (P <0.01). The relational equations between the rate of water uptake and the rate of dry matter were FR = 3.5685W-0.5901 (R2 = 0.9564), IR = 20.396W-0.5392 (R2 = 0.9679). The impact of individual specifications on absorption rate was not significant (P> 0.05). 2) The individual specifications had significant effects on the oxygen consumption rate and ammonia excretion rate of giant oyster (P <0.01). The equations of oxygen consumption rate and ammonia excretion rate and the quality of dry tissue were respectively OR = 1.2208W- 0.4448, (R2 = 0.9481); NR = 0.0743W-0.4691, (R2 = 0.9224). The individual specifications had no significant effect on O: N (P> 0.05). The average O:N under different individual specifications was 18.09, indicating that the energy required for the metabolism of Giant Oyster in Hong Kong was mainly provided by fat and carbohydrates under the experimental conditions.
