目的:采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)分析正骨水的成分。方法:采用HP-5MS弹性石英毛细管柱,程序升温,以EI离子源和四极杆质量分析器进行分析,质谱图用NIST2002谱库检索,结合人工谱图解析,鉴定各种成分,并用色谱峰面积归一化法测定其相对百分含量。结果:分离出30个色谱峰,鉴定出29种成分,占已分离组分中含量的97%以上。其中左旋樟脑、薄荷脑等是相对含量较高的成分。结论:该方法简便、快速、灵敏度高。
Objective: To analyze the composition of bone water by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Methods: HP-5MS elastic quartz capillary column was used, the temperature was programmed, EI ion source and quadrupole mass analyzer were used for mass spectrometry analysis. NIST2002 database was used to search mass spectra, combined with manual spectral analysis to identify various components. Area normalization method to determine the relative percentage. Results: 30 peaks were separated and 29 components were identified, accounting for more than 97% of the separated components. Among them, L-camphor, menthol and so on are relatively high content components. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and sensitive.
