通过筛选能够在高渗透压条件下生长发育的巨大芽孢杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌,将其作为功能微生物发酵生产出生物有机肥,应用于盐碱地改良。同化学改良法比较得出,在投入相同的条件下,生物有机肥改良的盐碱地土壤理化性状显著改善,土壤微生物数量明显增多,生物量碳、土壤的呼吸作用和酶活性也有一定增加;玉米长势良好,植株健壮,叶色浓绿,未出现盐碱化症状,增产幅度明显。试验表明,利用生物有机肥进行盐碱地改良是一种经济有效的方法。
By screening Bacillus megaterium and Bacillus subtilis that can grow and develop under the condition of high osmotic pressure, it is fermented by functional microorganism to produce bio-organic fertilizer, which is applied to the improvement of saline-alkali soil. Compared with the chemical modification method, the results showed that under the same conditions, the physical and chemical properties of soil amended with bio-organic fertilizer significantly improved, the number of soil microorganisms increased significantly, and the biomass carbon, soil respiration and enzyme activity also increased to a certain extent. Good, robust plants, dark green leaves, no symptoms of salinization, increased yield significantly. Experiments show that the use of bio-organic fertilizer for saline-alkali soil improvement is a cost-effective method.
