本文主要以机关事业单位如何开展人力资源管理与绩效考核为切入点展开论述,以当下我国事业单位人事绩效考核的现状为主要依据,从建立职业道德评价体系、建立战略薪酬体系、改善考核办法、明确考核标准、加强沟通与交流、确保考核反馈有效性、建立与考核结果相关的激励机制等方面进行深入探索与研究,主要目的在于加大对机关事业单位开展人力资源管理与绩效考核的研究力度,将其中呈现的典型问题展开透彻分析,促进机关事业单位人力资源管理水平得以有效提升。
