“面向全体学生”是e+时代应当遵循的根本原则之一,而传统的“抓两头、带中间”班集体教育模式却使教师有意无意地将中间生推到了“被遗忘的角落”。通过对中间生群体特点和个性心理的分析研究,阐述了e+时代中间生德育工作的基本思路,并籍此希望引起广大教育工作者对此项工作的关注。 “For All Students ” is one of the basic principles that should be followed in the era of e +.
