“面向全体学生”是e+时代应当遵循的根本原则之一,而传统的“抓两头、带中间”班集体教育模式却使教师有意无意地将中间生推到了“被遗忘的角落”。通过对中间生群体特点和个性心理的分析研究,阐述了e+时代中间生德育工作的基本思路,并籍此希望引起广大教育工作者对此项工作的关注。
“For All Students ” is one of the basic principles that should be followed in the era of e +. However, the traditional collective education model of “taking the two heads with the middle” made the teacher deliberately or unconsciously push the middleman to the forgotten corner". Through the analysis and study of the characteristic and individual psychology of the middle-aged group, this essay expounds the basic train of thought of middle school moral education in e + era and hopes to arouse the majority of educators to pay attention to this work.
