目的为临床合理应用决明子提供参考。方法根据相关文献及临床实践进行归纳总结。结果自发性高压大鼠静脉注射决明子,舒张压和收缩压明显降低,并且对呼吸和心率无影响;用高脂饮料喂养雄性SD大鼠5周,硒、锌与葛根、山楂、决明子联合应用,可明显抑制血清总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、三酰甘油、动脉粥样硬化指数的增高;决明子提取液可显著提高ABLB/C鼠腹腔细胞的吞噬率和吞噬指数,对免疫功能有一定影响;决明子醇浸液、水煎液对皮肤真菌和细菌有不同程度抑制作用;决明子提取物能明显缩短燥结便秘模型小鼠的首便时间,增加排便粒数及粪便质量,具有泻下作用;决明子水提物对超氧阴离子自由基、羟基自由基和过氧化氢自由基均有较好的清除作用。结论决明子因其广泛的药物作用,已被医家及大众所认可。

Conclusion Cassia has been approved by doctors and the general public because of its extensive drug effect.
