根据林河先生的观点,中华民族是世界上最早告别茹毛饮血、居无定所的渔猎时代,创造饭稻羹鱼、安居乐业的农耕文化的民族。中国的农耕文化已有了一万多年的历史,是世界上最早的农耕文化。因此,中国的饮食文化也应该是世界上最早的饮食文化,其所创造出来的美味佳青,对全人类健康长寿、文明进步的影响自古以来无与伦比。然而现在西方却有人对中国的饮食文化颇多微词,说中国饮食不注意营养、卫生、美观和科学,损害了食客的健康。这种种说法到底对不对?为此,我再次采访了林河先生。
