受政策、经济、自然环境等多种因素的影响,大型煤炭企业的电煤物流系统存着诸多的风险,如何识别和管控风险成为企业日益关注的重点。从供应链环节的角度出发,采用问卷调查和实地调研的方式,识别和确定电煤物流系统存在的33项风险因素,构建了电煤供应链风险评价指标体系,运用改进的G1法模型对风险危害度进行评估,制定包括安全运行防控机制和“三级库存”风险预警应急机制2部分的风险管控方案。电煤供应链风险评价指标反映了电煤物流系统各环节存在的风险因素;“三级库存”风险预警应急机制的提出,为企业经营决策者风险管控工作提供参考。
Affected by many factors such as policies, economy and natural environment, there are many risks in the electricity and coal logistics system of large-scale coal enterprises. How to identify and control risks has become the focus of increasing concern. From the point of view of supply chain, 33 risk factors of electric coal logistics system were identified and identified by means of questionnaires and field surveys.
