日本经济高速成长以后,其在东亚经济合作中提供地区公共产品的方式和路径经历了三个阶段的演变,分别表现为20世纪70年代中后期之后的雁行发展模式、90年代中后期之后的亚洲货币与金融合作、2001年之后的自由贸易区和经济合作伙伴关系建设。在此演进过程中,日本在地区公共产品的有效供给上体现出针对性、渐进性、开放性、优势性等特征。
After Japan’s rapid economic growth, the ways and paths for providing regional public goods in East Asian economic cooperation have undergone three phases of evolution. They are the geese ’development model after the mid-to-late 1970s, the post-mid-1990s Monetary and financial cooperation, the establishment of a free trade zone and economic cooperation partnership since 2001. In this process of evolution, Japan has shown its characteristics of pertinence, gradualness, openness and superiority in the effective supply of regional public goods.
