１９９２年１月自治区农委、计委和财政厅等９个部门联合决定加强旗县农技推广中心和乡、镇、苏木农技服务站建设。每年投资７００万元，连续建设５年。 １９９２年春自治区农机部门实施机械化旱作农业技术工程。１９９５年已在１０个试点乡、村累计推广面积９．２７万公顷。
January 1992 autonomous regions and agricultural appoint, Planning Commission and the Department of Finance and other nine departments jointly decided to strengthen the county agricultural extension center and township, town, Su Mu agricultural service station construction.
