斗轮直径是轮斗挖掘机最重要的结构参数,其值的大小决定了轮斗挖掘机的理论生产能力、结构重量以及造价等。目前国内对斗轮直径的确定主要是采用德国O&K公司斗轮直径计算公式进行的,D为斗轮直径;Q_1为每秒实方理论生产能力)。但是,由于对此公式的应用条件不清,导致计算结果与实际应用值相差较大。本文通过对大量资料的统计与理论分析,建立了确定斗轮直径的新方法。依此方法进行斗轮直径的确定较现有方法合理。
The bucket wheel diameter is the most important structural parameter of wheel bucket excavator, the value of which determines the theoretical capacity of wheel bucket excavator, structure weight and cost. At present, the determination of bucket wheel diameter is mainly carried out by the formula of bucket wheel diameter of German O & K Company, D is the bucket wheel diameter, and Q_1 is the theoretical production capacity per second. However, due to the unclear application conditions of this formula, the results of the calculation differ greatly from the actual values. In this paper, a large number of data statistics and theoretical analysis, the establishment of a new method of determining the bucket wheel diameter. According to this method, the bucket wheel diameter is more reasonable than the existing method.
