教材一直是我国语文课堂最主要学习资源。课堂是语文教育主阵地,只有充分开发教材资源,语文课堂才能焕发出生命的活力,达到语文学习的目的。可以说,教材资源本身丰富的内容为教学的成功实施和有序展开提供了很好的资源平台。因此,在教学中,教师要立足教材,挖掘语文教材资源,还应努力使自己掌握的课程资源与学生提供的充满个性化的课程资源共融,努力促进师生之间、生生之间的资源共享,努力将学生掌握的信息转化为课堂教学的现实资源。同时,教师兼具素材性和条件性课程资源的两种性质,而且教师自身就是课程实施的基本条件资源,所以,如何更快、更好、更充分地开发和利用教师这个最重要的最有价值课程资源,便成为课程资源建设中的首要问题。
