湿砖坯在干燥室中的干燥过程是一个复杂的传热传质过程。将单垛砖坯简化为多孔介质,在此基础上建立了相应的物理模型和数学模型,运用Fluent软件仿真计算了干燥室正常工作时的温度场、湿度场、风速场等。模拟计算的干坯含水率与实测干坯含水率吻合较好,结果还表明:干燥室漏风现象、送热烟气温度、送热风口和排潮风口的布置方式是影响砖坯干燥效果的主要因素,其中干燥室漏风现象、风口布置方式对干燥效果影响显著,送热烟气温度对干燥效果影响较小。
Wet tile drying process in the drying chamber is a complex heat and mass transfer process. The single stack brick is simplified as porous media, and the corresponding physical model and mathematical model are established. The temperature field, humidity field and wind speed field of the drying chamber are calculated by Fluent software. The results show that the main factors that affect the drying effect of the brick are the air leakage in the drying room, the temperature of the hot flue gas, the hot air outlet and the exhaust air outlet Among them, the air leakage in the drying room and the arrangement of the tuyere had a significant effect on the drying effect, and the temperature of the hot flue gas had little effect on the drying effect.
