目的:观察以运动为主的社区综合干预方法对上海市社区居民体质的影响效果。方法:40~59岁身体健康且自愿参加本次活动上海居民228名,男性30名,女性198名。在首次体质测评基础上,结合问卷调查结果,制定个性化运动处方,实施5个月以运动为主的社区综合干预,再进行第二次体质测试,统计分析前后两次体质测试结果,评估社区综合干预效果。结果:受试者身高和腰围干预前后无显著性差异,体重、BMI及臀围干预前后有显著性差异。5个月体质综合干预后,受试者体质优良率大幅度上升,男性由50%上升至70%,女性由56%上升至85%。结论:5个月以运动为主的市民体质社区综合干预方法能有效改善受试者身体形态指标和体质综合评价等级。
Objective: To observe the effects of community-based interventions with exercise on the physical fitness of community residents in Shanghai. Methods: 40 to 59-year-old healthy and volunteered to participate in this event 228 Shanghai residents, 30 males and 198 females. Based on the first physical examination, combined with the results of the questionnaire survey, we formulated a personalized exercise prescription and implemented a community-based comprehensive intervention that focused on exercise for 5 months. We then conducted a second physical examination, statistically analyzed the results of two physical tests before and after, and evaluated the community Comprehensive intervention effect. Results: There were no significant differences in body height and waist circumference before and after intervention, body weight, BMI and hip circumference were significantly different before and after intervention. After 5 months of comprehensive physical fitness intervention, the rate of physical fitness increased significantly from 50% in males to 70% in males and from 56% to 85% in females. CONCLUSION: Community-based comprehensive intervention for 5-month sports-based citizens’ physical fitness can effectively improve the body shape indexes and physical fitness comprehensive evaluation level of the subjects.
