农民工组织是我国二元户籍制度的衍生产物。农民工组织的组织力,是通过自身结构发展以及资源整合,来实现群体效益的能力。农民工组织行动的个体自利局限,农民工组织成员流动性大,农民工组织的非官方性地位,农民工组织力缺乏社会认同是制约我国农民工组织力的主要因素。因此,农民工用工企业应做好物质保障和人文关怀,城市工会应充分发挥作用,政府应提升执政信心和气质,农民工组织也应充分挖掘自身内部的组织力。
Migrant workers’ organizations are the derivative products of the dual household registration system in our country. The organizational power of migrant workers’ organizations is their ability to realize the benefits of the group through the development of their own structure and the integration of resources. The main factors that limit the organizational power of migrant workers in our country are the individual self-reliance limitations of migrant workers ’organizational actions, the large mobility of migrant workers’ organizations, the unofficial status of migrant workers ’organizations and the lack of social recognition of migrant workers’ organizational power. Therefore, migrant workers should make good use of material and humane care for their employment enterprises. Urban unions should give full play to their roles. The government should enhance the ruling confidence and temperament. Migrant workers’ organizations should also fully tap their own internal organizational power.
