国际传播能力建设是一项系统工程,是与系统有关的各部分协同共建的结果。在加强我国媒体对外传播能力建设的过程中,央视等主流媒体以“传承中华文明,服务全球华人”为宗旨,以全球市场化思维建构纪录片等国际品牌,打造多媒体国际传播生态圈,以平台驱动全媒体海外市场等不同层面,积极探索,协同作战,努力践行。中文国际频道(CCTV-4)是央视面向全球华人的电视平台,历经改革和发展,如今把“传承中华文明、服务全球华人”作为自己的宗旨,其中既包含了我们的理想、使命和优势,也让我们从高高在上的宣传“阵地”走上诚心服务受众的轨道,这是智慧的选择和理性的定位。
International communication capacity-building is a systematic project, as a result of the synergy of various parts of the system. In the process of strengthening the capacity of China’s media for external communication, mainstream media such as CCTV aim at “inheriting Chinese civilization and serving the global Chinese” with international brands such as documentaries in the global market-oriented thinking so as to build a multi-media international communication ecosystem Platform-driven all media overseas markets and other different levels, and actively explore and cooperate with each other and strive to practice. CCTV-4 is CCTV’s television platform for Chinese all over the world. After its reform and development, CCTV-4 now regards its mission of “inheriting Chinese civilization and serving the global Chinese people”, including our vision, mission and Advantages, but also let us from the high advocacy “position ” to take the track to serve the audience sincerely, this is the wisdom of choice and rational positioning.
