目的了解季节因素对流动采血车消毒效果的影响,确保流动采血车空气消毒效果达到最佳,保证采供血安全。方法对固定的4台流动采血车统计3年内监测结果进行分析。结果 2009年与2010年流动采血车3-5月空气监测合格率显著低于6-9月(P<0.01),2011年通过加强消毒管理改进消毒方法,3-5月空气监测合格率与6-9月差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论季节因素对流动采血车空气、物表消毒效果有影响,有必要在每年3-5月春季加强流动采血车消毒质量管理,增加物表和空气的消毒频率和时间,保证消毒效果符合Ⅲ类环境的要求,确保采供血安全。
Objective To understand the effect of seasonal factors on the disinfection effect of mobile blood collection vehicles to ensure the best air disinfection performance of mobile blood collection vehicles to ensure the safety of blood collection and supply.
