一、Sacmi压机总体结构特点 主机结构沿着传统特点发展,变化不大。本体为立式三梁两柱(或四柱)螺帽锁紧刚性框架,上梁与压制油缸缸体铸成一体为缸梁合一结构。压制油缸采用活塞式油缸,活塞杆与活动横梁相连,下模系统可选择传统顶出结构(底座上部装有下模,底座内装有脱模装置)或SMU(瓷砖脱模标准复式系统:模座模芯及内置顶出器为整体)。表1列出了Sacmi系列压机液压系统主要参数。
First, the overall structural characteristics of Sacmi press host structure along the traditional characteristics of development, little change. Table 1 lists the main parameters of Sacmi series press hydraulic system.
