用荧光光谱法研究了多种聚合度的瓜环与苯胺、邻苯二胺、间苯二胺、对苯二胺的相互作用。结果表明,八元瓜环能与上述苯胺类化合物形成作用质量比为1∶2的配合物;七元瓜环与苯胺、邻苯二胺、对苯二胺形成作用质量比为1∶1的配合物;六元瓜环与苯胺、对苯二胺形成作用质量比为1∶1的配合物。测定并计算出各配合物的稳定常数,同时对各体系的分析性能进行了考察。
Fluorescence spectroscopy was used to study the interaction of guanine ring with aniline, o-phenylenediamine, m-phenylenediamine and p-phenylenediamine with various degrees of polymerization. The results showed that the eight yuan melon ring with the above aniline compound formed mass ratio of 1: 2 complex; seven melon ring and aniline, o-phenylenediamine, p-phenylenediamine formation mass ratio of 1: 1 Complex; six yuan melon ring and aniline, p-phenylenediamine formation of mass ratio of 1: 1 complex. The stability constants of each complex were measured and calculated, and the analytical performance of each system was also investigated.
