目的：早期诊断及治疗胆囊癌。方法：分析和总结我院从１９８４年～１９９６年诊治的１７例胆囊癌。结果：我们发现患者早期诊断及治疗者少，误诊原因为患者症状不典型，临床医师满足于胆囊结石或胆囊炎的诊断。结论：胆囊癌的早期治疗关键在于早期诊断，对于胆囊癌可根据不同的分期行不同的术式进行根治术或姑息性切除。
Objective: Early diagnosis and treatment of gallbladder cancer. Methods: Analyze and summarize 17 cases of gallbladder cancer diagnosed and treated in our hospital from 1984 to 1996. Results: We found that there were few patients with early diagnosis and treatment, and the reason for misdiagnosis was atypical symptoms. The clinicians were satisfied with the diagnosis of gallstone or cholecystitis. Conclusion: The key to the early treatment of gallbladder cancer lies in the early diagnosis. For gallbladder cancer, radical surgery or palliative resection can be performed according to different stages.
