目的研究东方蝼蛄水提物的利尿和镇静作用。方法通过给予生理盐水负荷大鼠不同剂量的东方蝼蛄水提物,观察6小时尿量,并测定尿液的p H值和Na+、K+、Cl-的浓度,观察东方蝼蛄水提物对SD大鼠的利尿作用。通过小鼠利尿实验观察3小时中东方蝼蛄水提物的利尿作用;通过小鼠自发活动次数的测定,观察东方蝼蛄水提物的镇静作用。结果东方蝼蛄水提物一次给药即能显著增加SD大鼠尿量,特别是在用药后3-6小时,较对照组有显著差异,能够促进Na+、Cl-的排泄,对p H值无影响,使得SD大鼠体内水液、电解质含量保持在正常水平,以维持体内水液代谢的平衡。东方蝼蛄水提物对小鼠尿量的增加作用则更加显著,从2小时后均较对照组显著增加。研究还发现,东方蝼蛄水提物能够显著抑制小鼠的自发活动。结论东方蝼蛄水提物对生理盐水负荷大鼠、小鼠均有显著的利尿作用,且对小鼠有一定的镇静作用。
Aim To study the diuretic and sedative effects of aqueous extract of Emu Emu. Methods The rats were challenged with different doses of water from the rats by physiological saline, the urinary output was observed for 6 hours, the p H value and Na +, K + and Cl- concentrations in the urine were measured. Results The results showed that the excretion of Astragalus mongholicus could significantly increase the urine volume of SD rats, especially at 3-6 hours after treatment, which was significantly different from that of the control group, which could promote the excretion of Na + and Cl-, Influence, making SD rats body fluid, electrolyte content remained at normal levels in order to maintain the balance of body fluid metabolism. The effect of water extract of Astragalus mongholicus on urinary excretion was more significant in mice than that of the control group after 2 hours. The study also found that the water extract of Astragalus can significantly inhibit the spontaneous activity of mice. Conclusion The water extract of Astragalus mongholicus has obvious diuretic effect on rats and mice with saline load, and has a certain sedative effect on mice.
