我院从1980年3月～1997年3月,共收治椎管内肿瘤患者10例,经手术治疗,疗效满意,报告如下:1 临床资料1.1 一般资料:男4例,女6例,年龄最大64岁,最小48岁.病程最长2年,最短3个月,肿瘤在椎管内部位不同,产生临床表现不同,但椎管内肿瘤患者大多数有腰背痛或肢体疼痛,躯体及肢体紧缩发硬感;肢体发麻或乏力,严重者有感觉障碍或瘫痪.1.2 辅助检查:脊柱X线片均未发现异常,8例CT病段脊柱扫描有占位病变.本组10例都用非离子水溶性碘水椎管内造影,显示椎管完全或不完全梗阻,末端可见杯状、梭状及毛刷状.1.3 治疗方法及疗效:本组病例确诊后,在无手术禁忌症下采用手术切除.术中见肿块为花生米状、梭状、哑铃状及蹼状.其色泽多呈暗红色或灰白色.病理报告示:神经纤维瘤3例,神经鞘瘤5例,脑膜瘤2例.C_5～C_6及C_7～T_1硬膜下髓外各1例,T_3～T_4硬膜外2例,T_7～T_83例,其中硬膜下髓外2例,髓内1例,T_9～T_102例中硬膜外及硬膜下髓外各1例,L_2～L_3硬膜外1例.本组10例术后经半年随访,除1例外,9例生活均能自理,有的已参加工作.

The longest duration of 2 years, the shortest 3 months, the tumor in the spinal canal within the different positions, have different clinical manifestations, but most patients with spinal canal pain or back pain, body and limb Tightening of stiff hair; limb numbness or fatigue, severe sensory disturbances or paralysis.1.2 Auxiliary examination: spinal X-ray were found no abnormalities, 8 cases of CT disease spinal lesions have lesions in this group of 10 cases are used Nonionic water-soluble iodine water spinal canal imaging, showing complete or incomplete spinal canal obstruction, the end of the cup, fusiform and brush-like .1.3 treatment and efficacy: this group of patients after diagnosis, without surgical contraindications Surgical removal of the intraoperative see the mass of peanuts, fusiform, dumbbell-shaped and webbed.The color was mostly dark red or gray.Pathological report showed: neurofibroma in 3 cases, Schwannoma in 5 cases, meningioma 2 Cases of C_5 ~ C_6 and C_7 ~ T_1 subdural extramedullary in 1 case, T_3 ~ T_4 epidural in 2 cases, T_7 ~ T_83 cases, of which subdural Extramedullary in 2 cases, intramedullary in 1 case, T_9 ~ T_102 cases of epidural and subdural extramedullary in 1 case, L_2 ~ L_3 epidural in 1 case.This group of 10 patients were followed up for 6 months, except 1 case , 9 cases of life can take care of themselves, and some have to participate in work.
