用不含及含10%Na2CO3的粉末渗剂对不同厚度的低碳钢试样进行了固体渗碳。结果得出两种渗剂以活度表示的碳势ap均为1。根据实测的渗层含碳量用自行编制的软件计算了920℃渗碳的传质系统β,得出纯木炭粉β为050×10-4mm/s;含10%Na2CO3的粉末渗剂β为33×10-4mm/s。由此可以认为,固体渗碳剂的活性取决于β而与ap无关。
Solid-carburized carburized samples of low carbon steel with different thicknesses were obtained by using powder infiltrant without and with 10% Na2CO3. The result shows that the two kinds of penetration agents have carbon potential ap of 1 in terms of activity. According to the measured carbon content of the permeable layer, the mass transfer system β of carburizing at 920 ℃ was calculated by self-compiled software, and the β of the pure charcoal powder was 050 × 10-4mm / s. The powder penetration agent containing 10% Na2CO3 β is 3 3 × 10-4mm / s. It can therefore be assumed that the activity of the solid carburizing agent depends on β but not on ap.
