1990年4月18日～20日,国家计委和中国民航局在北京主持召开了“未来民用航空通信、导航和监视系统技术研讨会”。会议旨在了解国际民航组织提出的关于通信、导航和监视系统新构想及我国相关技术现状。这次会议得到了国家有关部委及国际民航组织(ICAO)的高度重视和大力支持。航空航天部、邮电部、机电部、总参和空军等约13个部委及有关方面的100余人到会。国际民航
From April 18 to April 20, 1990, the State Development Planning Commission and Civil Aviation Administration of China hosted the “Seminar on Future Technologies for Civil Aviation Communication, Navigation and Surveillance Systems” in Beijing. The meeting aimed to understand the new concept of communications, navigation and surveillance systems proposed by ICAO and the current status of relevant technologies in our country. The meeting was highly valued and strongly supported by the relevant state ministries and commissions and the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). About 13 ministries and commissions, including the Ministry of Aeronautics and Astronautics, the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department, the General Staff and the Air Force, and more than 100 people attended the meeting.
