采用玻璃钢水槽来培育河蟹溞状幼体的试验,我所于1981年采用九只一顿的玻璃钢水槽进行了人工育苗试验,获得蟹苗3000多只。今年对玻璃钢水槽的进水系统、排水管、充气方式、水的处理、投喂方法、饵料的种类、日常管理都作了一些改进,继续进行了试验。从5月4日开始至7月初结束,先后搞了二次试验,第一次试验因温度较低(14℃—18℃),最高成活率只有1.4%,单位水体出苗量只有3384只,平均成活率为0.16%。第二次试验,由于温度处于适宜的范围(19~22℃),因而成活率和单位水体出苗量均高于第一次,最高成活率为7.6%,单位水体出苗量为15146只,平均
