对开发建设中产生的水土流失，必须抓好预防监督。通过调查、建档立卡、对不同建设项目分类管理，使开发建设按《水土保持法》要求实施，杜绝或减少新的水土流失。
We must do a good job in preventing and supervising the water and soil loss caused during the development and construction. Through the investigation, the establishment of legislation card, classified management of different construction projects, so that the development and construction according to “Soil and Water Conservation Law” requirements to eliminate or reduce new soil and water loss.
