实验与理论研究表明,与类似的对称轧制相比,异径不对称轧制总力矩随压下率和异径比的增大而降低,当异径比为3与5、压下率70%时,总力矩降低26.3%和36.5%。传动辊力矩不均,小工作辊总比大辊的大20%~40%。利用两工作辊前、后滑区摩擦力矩之差计算其轧制力矩,导出异径不对称轧制传动力矩的计算式,计算与实验结果相符。
Experiments and theoretical studies show that compared with similar symmetrical rolling, the total moment of asymmetric rolling decreases with decreasing reduction ratio and decreasing diameter ratio. When the reduction ratio is 3 and 5, the reduction ratio is 70 %, The total moment is reduced by 26.3% and 36.5%. Transmission torque uneven, a small work roll than the big big 20% ~ 40%. The rolling torque was calculated by the difference between the friction moments of the front and rear sliding zones of the two work rolls, and the calculation formula of the transmission torque of the asymmetrical rolling with different diameters was derived. The calculation was in good agreement with the experimental results.
