对学院09级1000名学生进行三年的身体素质追踪测试分析,发现体育课程设置与体测数据有很大的关联性。学院大二的体育选项课形式,测得学生各项的优秀率数据好于大一基础课和大三无体育课形式,多数项目的优良率和不及格率都是在大二时测得数据最好。最后建议适当调整大一的课程内容,从学生学习兴趣出发,并设计一些提高学生身体素质内容;保持大二采用的选项课形式,根据教学师资力量开设丰富多彩的体育课程;大三和大四争取开设体育选修课,为学生身体素质的提高提供保证。研究为体育教学改革提供参考依据,并最终为学生的体质健康服务。
After a three-year physical fitness test and analysis of 1000 students at 09 schools, it was found that there is a great correlation between physical education curriculum and physical data. Finally, it is suggested to adjust the course content of freshman appropriately, start from the interest of students, and design some content to improve the physical fitness of students; to maintain the sophomore use of the optional lesson form, according to teaching teachers to open a rich and colorful sports curriculum; junior and senior Elective courses for sports elective, to improve the quality of students to provide a guarantee. Research provides a reference for the reform of physical education and ultimately serves the students’ physical health.
