必要条件分析关注的是能够产出或促成特定结果的因素,且这些条件因素对于组织决策至关重要,往往是组织中产生某种特定结果的必要条件。基于此,Dul提出了一种基于识别和检测数据中必要非充分条件的研究方法。本研究在对必要条件分析方法(NCA)相关文献进行梳理与回顾的基础之上,对该方法进行系统详细阐述,并以人力资源管理中平台型领导个性对员工绩效的必要性分析为例,对这一方法的具体应用予以展示。最后,对该方法所具有的局限性予以剖析,并在此基础上对其在管理学领域中的运用予以展望,以期增进国内学者对这一新方法的认识与了解,为国内管理学领域的研究提供新的方法思路与操作工具。
