以运用SYBASE数据库系统在Internet构建“江苏省交通科技成果库”为例子，系统介绍了网络环境的配置、库结构的设计等，重点介绍了如何建立3W服务器端的CGI应用程序。
Taking the database of SYBASE system built in Jiangsu Province as an example, this paper introduces the configuration of network environment and the design of library structure, and focuses on how to set up a 3W server-side CGI application.
