企业劳动关系的和谐是构建社会主义和谐社会的基石,是加强和创新社会管理要达到的重要目标之一。企业劳动关系从广义上讲属于文化范畴,文化因素在构建企业和谐劳动关系中具有不可忽视的重要作用。构建和谐劳动关系、加强企业文化建设、发挥工会作用之间的关系,从而使我们更加自觉地发挥好企业文化的引领作用,把大家的思想和行动统一到中央的要求上来。
The harmony of labor relations in enterprises is the cornerstone of building a harmonious socialist society and one of the important goals to be achieved in strengthening and innovating social management. Labor relations in a broad sense belong to the category of culture, cultural factors in the construction of harmonious labor relations in enterprises with an important role can not be ignored. Build a harmonious labor relations, strengthen the building of enterprise culture and the role of trade unions, so that we can give full play to our leading role of corporate culture more consciously and unify our thinking and actions with the requirements of the Central Government.
