知识经济时代,组织职业生涯管理的内外部环境发生了复杂的变化。宏观环境角度看知识经济兴起发展,全球化进程日益加快,信息技术被广泛应用;微观层面组织结构和经营管理发生变革;个人方面员工与雇主职业生涯观念改变,这些都对组织职业生涯管理工作提出了新的要求。本文将从知识经济时代特征出发,分析组织内外部影响因素的变化,探析知识经济时代组织职业生涯管理面临的挑战,提出相应的对策。
In the era of knowledge-based economy, complicated changes have taken place in the internal and external environment for the organization of career management. From the perspective of macroeconomic environment, the rise and development of knowledge economy is accelerating, the process of globalization is accelerating, and information technology is widely used; the organizational structure and management change at the micro level are changed; and the concept of occupational career among employees and employers on individuals is put forward New requirement Based on the characteristics of the era of knowledge economy, this paper analyzes the changes of internal and external influencing factors in the organization, and probes into the challenges faced by the organization of career management in the era of knowledge economy and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
