在知识经济与全球化时代,每个企业总在追求长久的发展。电力企业在成长过程中也不例外,他们甚至想依托绩效管理使企业在市场竞争中取得竞争优势。然而,在具体实践中这些企业的绩效管理却存在各种各样的问题,没有起到应有的效果,甚至是适得其反。常常出现管理者承认绩效管理的重要性,但在运作时,绩效管理难免令人有“鸡肋”之感。电力企业管理者要想让人力资源管理制度得到有效的落实,必须重视绩效管理,把绩效管理作为人力资源管理中的关键工作,切实发挥绩效管理的实效。为此,本文选择了加强电力企业的绩效管理进行浅析,希望能对读者有所启示。
In the era of knowledge economy and globalization, every enterprise always pursues long-term development. Power companies in the growth process is no exception, they even want to rely on performance management to enable enterprises in the market competition to obtain a competitive advantage. However, in practice, there are various problems in the performance management of these enterprises, which do not have the proper effect or even the opposite. Managers often recognize the importance of performance management, but in operation, performance management is inevitably a “tasteless ” feeling.
