For the first time, the Tibet Autonomous Region has compiled an input-output table for 2012. Therefore, it is necessary to study the status quo of the industrial structure in the autonomous region by using the input-output analysis method from the perspective of industrial relations. The research shows that the industrialization in the autonomous region is in an initial stage and the leading industries with great influence are concentrated in the light industry such as foodstuff and textile industry as well as the iron and steel industry such as electric power and electric power related manufacturing, non-metallic extractive industries and other raw material basic industries, smelting and processing , Machinery manufacturing industry more inadequate. Consumption-induced role is limited, mainly in the “food, clothing, housing” related to the production of basic consumer goods supply and distribution industry; investment in the construction industry induced the most; textile and related industries, metal mining and smelting and pressing industries, agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery Export demand for industrial products and processing industries induced by the impact of import demand induced more concentrated in the machinery and equipment manufacturing industry. To this end, the Tibet Autonomous Region should stick to the new industrialization path by combining local advantages with resources, giving priority to impetus to the development of industries such as plateau medicine and chemistry, and sticking to the path of new industrialization. In the meantime, priority shall be given to the development of cultural tourism to promote the development of commerce and trade and related industries.
