目的评估腹腔镜超声(laparoscopic ultrasonography,LUS)诊断腹腔镜手术引起山羊泌尿系损伤的可行性。方法5只山羊制备不同部位泌尿系损伤,1只为阴性对照,LUS对动物的泌尿系损伤模型进行单盲检查。结果LUS对本组动物模型共13处泌尿系损伤模型检查,敏感性为76.9%(10/13),特异性为100%,假阴性率为23.1%(3/13),无假阳性,LUS还正确判断出了无损伤动物;LUS检查时间19~25min,平均21min。结论LUS在诊断腹腔镜手术所致所的泌尿系损伤有实际应用价值。
Objective To evaluate the feasibility of laparoscopic ultrasonography (LUS) in diagnosing goat urinary tract injuries caused by laparoscopic surgery. Methods Five goats were used to make urinary tract injury in different sites. One was negative control. LUS examined the animal model of urinary tract injury single-blindly. Results LUS had 13 urinary tract injury models in this animal model, with a sensitivity of 76.9% (10/13), a specificity of 100% and a false negative rate of 23.1% (3/13) Correctly judged no damage to animals; LUS examination time 19 ~ 25min, an average of 21min. Conclusion LUS in the diagnosis of urinary tract injury caused by laparoscopic surgery has practical value.
