本文分析了具有低固有频率的无谐振隔振系统受冲击激励时的响应,利用库仑力的运动特性,对系统中所采用的库仑阻尼进行分段处理,并对系统进行参数优化。在保持隔振效率的前提下,寻找出一组符合实际工况的冲击隔离参数,从而解决了在工程应用中振动和冲击不能兼顾的“矛盾”。
In this paper, we analyze the response of a non-resonant vibration isolation system with low natural frequency under impact excitation, and use Coulomb’s kinematic characteristics to segment the Coulomb damping used in the system and optimize the system parameters. Under the premise of keeping the vibration isolation efficiency, we can find out a group of impact isolation parameters that accord with the actual working conditions, so as to solve the “contradiction” that the vibration and impact can not be balanced in the engineering application.
