使用2kW连续波CO2激光器在45号钢表面激光熔覆Ni合金层及Ni合金中添加50%Cr3C2复合粉的复合涂层,并分析两种激光熔覆层的物相、组织和显微硬度。结果表明,在Ni基合金中添加50%Cr3C2复合粉,采用激光功率1.7kw、扫描速度5mm/s、光斑直径3mm的激光工艺熔覆,可获得良好的激光熔覆层;Ni/50%Cr3C2复合涂层的组织明显比Ni合金层的组织细化,其硬度达950~1200HV,比Ni合金层的显微硬度提高350~400HV。
The composite coating of 50% Cr3C2 composite powder was added to the laser cladding Ni alloy layer and Ni alloy of No.4 steel by using 2kW CW CO2 laser and the phase, microstructure and microhardness of the two laser cladding layers were analyzed. The results show that good laser cladding layer can be obtained by adding 50% Cr3C2 composite powder to the Ni-based alloy and laser cladding at a laser power of 1.7kw, a scanning speed of 5mm / s and a spot diameter of 3mm.
