这是一种利用缫丝厂排放的煮茧废水或屠宰场的固体废物羽毛为原料制备络合蛋白铜,并以此配制既有杀菌又能促进植物生长调节的农用多效杀菌剂的技术.该项技术也为三废处理开辟了一条新的途径.这一技术可分为从含有蛋白质和脂肪的煮茧废水或羽毛中制备络合蛋白铜和配制农用多效杀菌剂两个步骤.用煮茧废水制备络合蛋白铜的工艺是:废水过滤,除去泥沙杂质,在滤液温度25℃—40℃下按有机物含量与硫酸铜重量比1:0.6—1加入硫酸铜,然后用氢氧化钾调pH到9—10进行络合反应1—2小时,将此液进行喷雾干燥,控制温度70℃—90℃,时间3—5秒,得到为络合蛋白铜粉.
