聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)和部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(PHP)中都含有一些游离的丙烯酰胺(AM),AM对人体有害,所以准确地测定其含量是必要的。目前国内通用溴化法测定PAM中的AM含量,该法重现性好,适于常规分析,缺点是需要将PAM样品溶于水中,而PAM水溶液粘度很大,影响滴定终点的判断。采用甲醇-H_2O混合试剂提取法可以克服上述缺点。混合试剂使AM充分溶胀,将AM抽提出来,然后用溴化法测定提取液中的AM。这一改进增大了取样量。能适用于一般PAM产品的AM
Polyacrylamide (PAM) and partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide (PHP) contain some free acrylamide (AM), AM harmful to humans, so accurate determination of its content is necessary. At present, the AM method for the determination of PAM in common bromination method in our country is good. The method has good reproducibility and is suitable for routine analysis. The disadvantage is that the PAM sample needs to be dissolved in water, while the viscosity of PAM solution is very high, which affects the determination of titration end point. Methanol-H_2O mixed reagent extraction method can overcome the above shortcomings. The mixed reagents allowed the AM to fully swollen, extract the AM, and then measure the AM in the extract using the bromination method. This improvement increases the sample size.
