目的进一步探讨胰岛B细胞功能及胰岛素抵抗科学、简便、实用的数学判定法。方法抽取肘静脉血的方法是:①空腹抽血1次后口服葡萄糖,之后5、10、15、20、25、30min分别抽1次。②空腹抽血1次后口服葡萄糖,之后1h抽1次,1h5、10、15、20、25、30min分别抽1次。结果初步论证了糖负荷后0·5h之内是糖的主要吸收阶段,糖负荷后1~3h为糖生化反应的主要时段。结论II0·o5·CC0·o5·GG0O·5可表达胰岛B细胞分泌功能状态;GG21·CG31·II13·II0·o5·CC0·o5·GG0·O5可综合评价人体的糖代谢功能。
Objective To further explore the islet B cell function and insulin resistance science, simple and practical mathematical method. Methods elbow venous blood extraction method is: ① fasting blood glucose after oral administration, after 5,10,15,20,25,30 min were pumped 1 times. ② fasting blood glucose after oral administration, after 1h pumping 1, 1h5, 10,15,20,25,30 min were pumped 1 times. The results preliminarily demonstrated that the main absorption phase of sugar was within 0.5 h after sugar loading, and the main period of sugar biochemical reaction was 1 to 3 h after sugar loading. Conclusion II0 · o5 · CC0 · o5 · GG0O · 5 can express pancreatic islet B cell secretory function status; GG21 · CG31 · II13 · II0 · o5 · CC0 · o5 · GG0 · O5 can be comprehensive evaluation of the body’s glucose metabolism.
