在小学的每一个教学班里,几乎都或多或少有些“后进生”。这是教师最伤脑筋的一个问题,也是一个不大好解决的问题。这里所说的“后进生”,是指学习上有困难,跟不上正常教学过程的学生,而不是指那些生理上或者智力上有缺陷的学生。至于生理上或者智力上有缺陷的学生,他们在学习中,无疑是会有很大困难的,往往是难以跟上正常的教学过程的,解决这类问题,属特殊教育研究的问题,这里不作论述。本文着重谈谈对“后进生”工作的意见。
