目的建立不同产地广东紫珠Callicarpa kwangtungensis的HPLC指纹图谱,用于广东紫珠药材质量的评价。方法采用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2004A版)对5省15批不同产地的广东紫珠药材的HPLC指纹图谱进行相似度评价,并使用SPSS 19.0软件进行聚类分析和主成分分析。结果选取了12个色谱峰作为指纹图谱共有峰,15批样品的相似度计算结果均大于0.900,说明各产地的药材有较好的一致性;通过聚类分析可将15批样品聚为4类;主成分分析用3个主成分对广东紫珠药材进行综合评价,综合得分结果显示,湖南会同、广西桂林、江西武宁、江西南昌、江西萍乡、江西宜春的广东紫珠药材在所有样品中的综合得分位于前6名。结论本实验建立的广东紫珠质量评价方法操作简便,重复性好,结果可靠,可以用于广东紫珠药材的质量控制和评价。
Objective To establish HPLC fingerprints of Callicarpa kwangtungensis from different areas of Guangdong for the evaluation of the quality of Radix. Methods The HPLC fingerprinting similarity evaluation system (2004A version) of Chinese medicine was used to evaluate the similarity of HPLC fingerprints of 15 medicinal materials from 15 provinces in five provinces of Guangdong province. The data were analyzed by SPSS 19.0 software and principal component analysis. Results The 12 peaks were selected as the common peaks of the fingerprint, and the similarity of 15 batches of samples were all greater than 0.900, which indicated that there was a good consistency among the medicinal materials in each producing area. By cluster analysis, 15 batches of samples could be grouped into 4 categories ; Principal component analysis of three main components of Guangdong purple beads comprehensive evaluation of medicinal materials, comprehensive score results show that Hunan Huitong, Guilin, Guangxi, Jiangxi Wuning, Jiangxi Nanchang, Jiangxi Pingxiang, Jiangxi Yichun Guangdong purple beads in all samples The overall score in the top 6. Conclusion The quality evaluation method established by this experiment is simple, reproducible and reliable. It can be used for the quality control and evaluation of Radix.
