随着我国的不断发展进步,如今“入园难、入园贵”是我国学前面临的一大难题,实际上是我国学前教育发展模式出现了重大缺陷。要想转变我国学前教育发展方式,就要在结构、制度、技术等问题下些功夫,因为这才是关键症结的所在。在这之中,关于结构问题就要均衡公、民办幼儿园的存在数量,打造多种学前教育服务供给方式;从技术角度上讲必须重视幼儿园教师团队的发展;从制度上要理清每层政府部门的督导责任,加大学前教育管理力度。
With the continuous development and progress of our country, nowadays, it is a difficult problem for our country to face pre-school problems. In fact, there are major defects in the development model of preschool education in our country. If we want to change the way of preschool education development in our country, we must make some efforts on the issues of structure, system and technology because this is the crux of the matter. In this regard, we should balance the existence of public and private kindergartens with regard to structural problems and create a variety of pre-school education service delivery methods. From a technical point of view, we must pay attention to the development of kindergarten teacher teams. Department of supervision responsibility, increase pre-school education management.
