目的研究产色素非O1群霍乱弧菌在水源水中的分布、生物学性状及其致病性。方法在本地主要饮用水源设点、采样、培养致病性弧菌。分离、鉴定该菌过程中用营养琼脂斜面代替双糖铁琼脂取得良好效果。结果1994~1997年在水源水中相继检出10株产色素的革兰阴性弧状菌,经形态学、培养特性、生化学、血清学的系统鉴定,均符合非O1群霍乱弧菌的定义,动物实验等显示其有较强毒力。结论因该菌在碱性胆盐琼脂、营养琼脂斜面和血琼脂上培育后能产生水溶性褐色色素,故命名为产色素非O1群霍乱弧菌
Objective To study the distribution, biological characteristics and pathogenicity of V. cholerae producing non-O1 pigment in water source water. Methods The main drinking water source in the local set point, sampling, cultivation of pathogenic Vibrio. Isolation, identification of the bacteria in the process of using nutrient agar slash instead of double sugar iron agar achieved good results. Results From 1994 to 1997, 10 strains of Gram-negative bacilli producing pigment were detected one after the other in water source water. The morphology, culture characteristics, biochemistry and serological system were all consistent with the definition of Vibrio cholerae non-O1. The animals Experiments show that it has strong virulence. Conclusion Due to the bacteria in alkaline bile salt agar, nutrient agar slant and blood agar can produce water-soluble brown pigment, so named for the production of pigment non-O1 group Vibrio cholerae
