目的利用三维可视化触屏平台这一新技术在外科规范化教学中的探索,分析其特点和教学应用前景。方法在住院医师规范化培训研讨会上,对广大教育者进行培训,内容是利用该平台展示外科教学案例并总结经验,通过评分表打分,每项5分为最高评价,1分为最低评价,最后收集反馈进行统计分析。结果参加本环节的受试者共106人,年龄24~65岁。培训前对于将三维可视化触屏平台引入临床教学持中立态度(3.41±1.44),培训后则明显考虑将本平台引入临床教学(4.25±0.84)(P<0.001)。培训后大家觉得本平台能够很好地将复杂解剖清晰立体化,在平台上运用真实案例进行学习非常有助于临床教学,为改进住院医师的培养提供了有用信息,分值均在4.20以上。结论三维可视化触屏技术的不断应用有助于培养外科住院医师良好的形象思维和诊断能力,将进一步影响今后的教学和诊断模式,协助规范住院医师的培训。
Objective To explore the characteristics and application prospects of the new technique of three-dimensional visual touch-screen platform in surgical standardized teaching. Methods During the seminar on standardization of residency training, a large number of educators were trained. The content was to use the platform to show surgical teaching cases and to summarize their experiences. The scores were scored by the scoreboard, with each score of 5 being the highest rating, 1 being the lowest rating, and the last Collect feedback for statistical analysis. Results A total of 106 subjects participated in this session, aged from 24 to 65 years. Before training, the introduction of the three-dimensional visual touch-screen platform into clinical teaching was neutral (3.41 ± 1.44). After training, the platform was obviously considered to be introduced into clinical teaching (4.25 ± 0.84) (P <0.001). After training, we feel that this platform can well clear the complex anatomy and stereotyped. Using the real case on the platform to study is very helpful for clinical teaching, which provides useful information for improving the training of residents. The scores are above 4.20. Conclusion The continuous application of three-dimensional visual touch screen technology will help to cultivate the good image thinking and diagnostic ability of surgical residents, which will further influence the teaching and diagnosis mode in the future and help to standardize the training of residents.
