在双螺杆挤出机中采用熔融共混工艺制备了纳米莫来石填充聚丙烯(PP)复合材料,莫来石的质量含量为1%、3%、5%、7%和10%。用DSC考察了填料含量、硅烷偶联剂KH-550(γ-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷)和加入增容剂MAPP(PP接枝马来酸酐)对聚丙烯结晶性能的影响。结果表明:纳米莫来石粉体作为一种新型的无机矿物填料,对PP有异相成核效应,结晶温度提高,熔点略有上升,能诱导β晶生成;KH-550和MAPP的使用对结晶影响很小。
Nano-mullite filled polypropylene (PP) composites were prepared by melt blending in a twin-screw extruder. The mass fraction of mullite was 1%, 3%, 5%, 7% and 10%, respectively. The effects of filler content, silane coupling agent KH-550 (γ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane) and addition of compatibilizer MAPP (PP grafted maleic anhydride) on the crystallization properties of polypropylene were investigated by DSC. The results show that nano-mullite powder, as a new type of inorganic mineral filler, has heterogeneous nucleation effect on PP, increases the crystallization temperature and slightly increases the melting point, and can induce β crystal formation. The use of KH-550 and MAPP Crystallization has little effect.
