事业单位人事制度改革是当代公共部门人力资源管理制度变迁整体框架的重要组成部分,在现代化向纵深推进和公共服务需求日益增长的社会背景下,事业单位因其独特的公共服务供给角色而引起了学者们近年来的广泛关注。人事制度改革与创新是事业单位改革的重要组成部分,如何建立生机与活力并存的人事制度关系到事业单位各项制度的改革进程。现如今我国事业单位人事制度的改革已经取得了一定的效果,这在很大程度上提高了事业单位工作人员工作的积极性。然而,在改革的过程中,也存在一些不容忽视的问题,针对这些问题,本文从事业单位人事制度基本属性、特征、改革的现状以及创新的角度来进行简要的分析。
