介绍了一种新型光纤测微仪──GW—Ⅱ型光纤测微仪的研制。该仪器针对强度调制型光纤传感器抗于扰能力差,对被测面反射状况敏感、精度和稳定性不理想等亟待解决的间题.提出一种新颖的扰动补偿方法──双Y型双光路补偿.使仪器的抗干扰能力,精度和稳定性有显著提高。着重介绍以双Y光纤传感器为信号输入元件的测量系统的结构设计.补偿机理及相关的实验研究情况。
A new type of optical fiber micrometer --GW-Ⅱ optical fiber micrometer is introduced. The instrument for the intensity modulation type optical fiber sensor anti disturbance ability, sensitive to the measured surface reflection, accuracy and stability is not ideal, and other issues to be solved. A novel disturbance compensation method is proposed - double Y-type dual optical path compensation. The instrument’s anti-interference ability, accuracy and stability have significantly improved. The structure design of measuring system with double Y fiber sensor as signal input element is emphatically introduced. Compensation mechanism and related experimental research.
