我院自1982乍以来采用经旺门直肠粘膜缝缩术治疗直肠脱垂已达25例,取得满意效果,现报告如下。临床资料一、病例情况男17例,女8例。年龄最小6岁、最大62岁,其中以20～30岁最多见。病程最短4年,最长41年,10年以上21例。依据全国肛肠会议制定的统一诊断标准,25例均为Ⅱ度脱垂,直肠全层脱出,多呈圆锥形或圆柱形。脱垂长度,短者6厘米、长者10厘米,肛门括约肌明显松弛、肛管直肠环肌肉薄弱无力,直肠变直。二、手术方法 (一)术前准备术前3天给链霉素1克,每日2次口服。术前2小时清洁洗肠。 (二)操作步骤骶管阻滞或局麻皆可,取截石位或侧卧位,常规消毒皮肤,直肠内新洁尔灭消毒,
