Deng Xiaoping’s theory on learning is a very important part of his theory of building a socialist theoretical system with Chinese characteristics. This ideological theory reveals the strategic position of learning from a new historical perspective and determines the basic content of learning from a wider range of practical needs. At the same time, it emphasizes the thought style and thinking quality to be cultivated in the study and proposes how to realize the overall overall effectiveness in the system learning operation.
